Idea for animated cartoon....They've cleaned up the sewer and Arty the rat is hungry.
Looks for food in peoples' homes but the  food  makes him feel ill. They block up his entrance holes with plastic foam.  He nibbles at the foam. But Arty is a very creative rat, he sculptures it and makes weird shapes. They make a lot of money and lives in a clean sewer.
